Reservations are confirmed with a valid VISA or MasterCard (debit or credit). NOTE: Third Party Reservations (you making a reservation for someone else using your credit card) must pay in full at the time the reservation is made. All cancellations are accessed a $15 service fee. Service fees, depending on method of payment at the time your reservation was made, will be applied to either your Cliff Manor gift certificate, credit card, debit card, or prepaid cash balance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled check in date will be charged the full amount for the room(s) reserved and services ordered. Please be sure to contact us if there should be a change in your plans that will prevent you from staying with us. You can email your cancellation to info@cliffmanor.com or call 573.635.4208 REFUND POLICY There is a NO REFUND policy for guest checking out earlier than the scheduled check out date. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME Check-in time at the Inn is after 3:00 PM Central Time (sorry, because of our busy schedule there is no earlier check in time). If you will be arriving after 7:00 PM CT, please let us know. Check-out time is 11:00 AM CT. SMOKING POLICY Please note a Jeffeson City No Smoking Ordinance (Ord. No. 11334) prohibites smoking in businesses open to the public. This includes Cliff Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn. PET POLICY Although We Have Pets, Who Are Not Allowed In The Guest Rooms Or Common Areas, Cliff Manor Bed & Breakfast Does Not Accept Pets. |
